NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

General: Guest must be 21 years of age and proper ID is required prior to check in. . . There is no oniste office. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so 21 days prior to your arrival date. Full refunds will be given minus processing fee of 3 percent for any reservation that is not nonrefunable and that is cancelled 21 days prior to check in.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. ADA defined service animals are welcome with proper paperwork provided at the time of booking.

Guest Parking: ONE complimentary parking spot is available for guests.

Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests.

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash. We reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Terms and Conditions: This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations are allowed. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged to the guest. Any damages to the hotel property will result in an additional fee upon assessment. Please read our pet policy, which is strictly enforced. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms or within the entirety of the hotel property. If anyone in the guest’s party smokes in a guest room, the guest expressly authorizes management to charge the guest credit card USD $250.00 to reimburse the hotel property for the additional cost of cleaning the guest’s room.
