Dave and Melissa here, welcoming you to our labor of love, The Lofts at St. Pete Beach. Growing up right here on Upham Beach, I (Dave) have always been enchanted by its white sands and welcoming vibe. Melissa, originally from the rolling hills of Tennessee, was captivated by this beachside paradise when she moved to Florida. In 2023, we combined my construction know-how with Melissa's flair for home decor, transforming The Lofts into the beach oasis you see today. We've modernized it, yes, but we've held onto that quaint, old Florida charm. From every room, you can gaze out at your car, the sparkling pool, and beyond. Relax under our oversized canopy umbrellas, enjoy a cookout with our BBQ grills, or just soak in the sun. Steps away lies the pure white beach and some of the most breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. We're excited to extend a warm, Florida welcome with a dash of southern hospitality, inviting you to join our family of guests who arrive as strangers but leave as lifelong friends.
