Our Policies and Terms

NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

General: Guests must be 21 years of age, and proper ID is required prior to check-in. There is no on-site office. Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so 21 days prior to your arrival date. Full refunds will be given minus processing fee of 3 percent for any reservation that is not non-refundable and that is cancelled 21 days prior to check-in

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. ADA-defined service animals are welcome; we appreciate prior notice. Please note, Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under the ADA and will be denied. ADA-defined service animals are welcome with proper paperwork provided at the time of booking. 

Guest Parking: ONE complimentary parking spot is available per guest room. If you need more parking spaces, please let us know there are a limited number of additional spaces available for $25 per night for each additional vehicle.

Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests.

Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. We reserve the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival

SMS Privacy Policy: SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS Terms of Service: By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from The Lofts at St. Pete Beach. This includes SMS messages for Customer Care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Review our privacy policy. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Checkout & Overstay Policy: 1)Standard Checkout Time: To allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to prepare for incoming guests, checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. We require all guests, their personal belongings, and their vehicles to vacate the property by this time. 2)Late Checkout & Unauthorized Overstay: Unauthorized overstays disrupt hotel operations and prevent the turnover of rooms for new arrivals. 3)Late Checkout Fee: Any guest still in possession of their room after 11:30 AM without prior management approval will be subject to a late checkout fee of $100. 4)Automatic Daily Rate Charge: If the room is not vacated by 2:00 PM, the guest will automatically be charged for one (1) additional night at the current prevailing rate. Please note that payment for an additional night does not guarantee the right to remain in the room if it has been pre-booked by another party. 5)Abandoned Property & Vehicles: If a guest is unresponsive to contact attempts and their belongings remain in the room after the 11:00 AM checkout deadline: 6)Removal & Storage: The Lofts at St. Pete Beach reserves the right to enter the room, pack all personal items, and move them to a secure storage area to facilitate cleaning. A handling and storage fee of $500 will apply. 7)Holding Period: Abandoned items will be held for 30 days in accordance with Florida Statutes. If items are not claimed within this period, they will be disposed of or donated. 8)Vehicles: All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot at checkout. Unauthorized vehicles remaining on property will be charged a fee of $50 per night and may be towed at the owner’s expense. 9)Guest Welfare Checks: For the safety of our guests, if a room remains occupied past checkout and the guest is unresponsive to calls, texts, or knocks, management reserves the right to enter the room or contact local law enforcement to perform a welfare check..

Terms and Conditions: This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations are allowed. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged to the guest. Any damages to the hotel property will result in an additional fee upon assessment. Please read our pet policy, which is strictly enforced. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms or within the entirety of the hotel property. If anyone in the guest’s party smokes in a guest room, the guest expressly authorizes management to charge the guest credit card USD $250.00 to reimburse the hotel property for the additional cost of cleaning the guest’s room.
